Some weekends don’t just happen.
They move through you.
This past weekend was one of those rare ones — three gigs, three completely different energies, one continuous thread of connection running through it all.
From golden hour to underground darkness to soulful Sunday light… it felt like a full-circle journey through sound, community and self-expression.
Here’s the reflection.
🌅 FRIDAY — Sunset Sips, Urunga
There is something sacred about playing as the sun melts into the ocean.
Sunset Sips was soft, warm and open — that slow exhale at the end of the week when people loosen their shoulders and come back into their bodies again.
House music, salt in the air, people drifting in from the beach with cocktails in hand.
No pressure, no rush — just rhythm and presence.
It reminded me that sometimes music doesn’t need to hit hard.
It just needs to hold.
🔥 SATURDAY — BERLIN [Underground Techno Party], Coffs Harbour
Saturday was a completely different universe.
Dark.
Sweaty.
Raw.
The BERLIN Underground Techno Party (Birthday Edition) at the Federal Hotel in Coffs was unapologetically intense, and exactly what it needed to be.
Minimal techno, industrial pulses, bodies moving without overthinking.
No egos. No surface. Just sweat, light, shadow and sound.
I opened there with minimal techno textures — deep, low, grounding — and the crowd met it with full presence.
These are the nights where people let go.
🎶 SUNDAY — Sunday Sounds
And then came the reset.
Sunday Sounds is always special — not because it’s loud, but because it’s familiar.
It’s community. It’s smiles. It’s music that feels like home.
House grooves, conversations, hugs, reconnecting after a weekend of movement.
A reminder that dancefloors aren’t just places to escape — they’re places to return to each other.
One Intention, Three Spaces
Across all three spaces, my intention stayed the same:
To move people — gently, wildly, completely.
Music isn’t just what I play.
It’s how I communicate when words aren’t enough.
It’s how I hold space.
It’s how I give back.
And hearing from people afterwards that the journey felt emotional… that they felt something… that’s everything to me. That’s the real exchange.

The Afterglow
Now I’m back in the stillness.
Records stacked.
Clothes folded.
Heart full.
And I carry the echoes of those rooms forward — into my next sets, my next curation, my next stories.
Thank you to everyone who danced, supported, connected, and shared energy with me over the weekend.
I feel you.
I hold you.
I’ll meet you on the next floor.
